Come along and give Rugby a try at the Howe of Fife Rugby Club, Duffus Park. Howe of Fife Rugby Club, the RBS Club of the Season 2011/2012 would like to invite all boys and girls around NEF Fife to join in a Free session at Duffus park on Saturday 1st September 2012 between 10am -12. All Newcomers to the sport are welcome to come along and join in a fun session with our qualified coaches. Why not give Rugby a try''
