Purpose of consultation
This questionnaire is for completion by members of the Safer Neighbourhoods Task Group only.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide a means of regularly and systematically evaluating the effectiveness of the task group This questionnaire is based on the criteria used within the EFQM Excellence Model and also draws on other examples of good practice around partnership evaluation.
The questionnaire relies on you being open and honest with your individual assessment of the Task Group arrangements in this evaluation exercise. The overall results of the survey will provide a set of perception measures that we can use with performance indicators for the group. This will give a more balanced picture of strengths and potential areas for improvement.
Please read each of the statements carefully. Click on the box that you feel best describes how much you agree or disagree with the statement, based on your own personal experience of the Task Group arrangements.
