Purpose of consultation
This survey is being conducted on behalf of Fife Alcohol Partnership Project (FAPP). Anyone who is 16 years old or over and lives in Fife may complete a survey.
The survey is confidential and anonymous and the results are to be used soley for research purposes to inform the work of the FAPP.
The questions are about alcohol and your views about what you think should happen in Fife to tackle the health, anti-social behaviour and other harm that results from excessive drinking. If you would like to add comments where no comments box is provided please do so in the "Additional Comments" Section. If you feel there are any questions you feel unable to answer, for whatever reason, please feel free to skip to the next question you feel able to answer.
